More and more announcements

1. IMU CUP

The houses and captains are all up in the atrium already so please go have a look.

The first official house meeting between all the IMU houses will be on the 23rd of April from 7pm to 10pm!!!

Attendance at this meeting is actually compulsory as it the most important meeting. Please advise your batchmates that although it is late and you are on break, its a one off meeting to get to know each other, form the committee as well as delegate the teams. After this meeting, there won't be a need for such meetings anymore.

If their name is not in any of the houses/has the wrong student ID to inform SRC immediately at imusrc@gmail.com or by dropping by their office.

Also, if they/you see the name of anyone who has already left IMU, do the same.

ALSO

We are having a competition to name the IMU Cup houses and there will be cash prizes of RM 50 for first place! We are also conducting applications for those interested in joining the IMU Cup Commitee. you should urge your batchmates who are capable of taking up this position as it will be valuable for them in the future :)

Forms for both the competition and the committee can be found at the atrium and must be submitted to SAD by the 22nd of April. Check at the atrium on the IMU CUP noticeboard for updates


2. ALUMNI TALK


There will be an Alumni Talk come Wednesday 22 April 2009, 12 - 1pm at SR3. The speaker is Chin Yen Ming from M102, graduated from Seremban Clinical School in 2007 and is currently a Medical Officer in Perak. Students who are going to Seremban or who intend to work in Malaysia are recommended to attend the talk. The speaker has also asked if there are any topics in particular that the students are interested to know. Please pass the questions you would like to ask the speaker to your batchreps by Tuesday 21 April 2009. Thanks.




3.STUDENTS' CHOICE AWARDS


Students' Choice Award will be held on 23 April 2009, Thursday, from 12-1pm in the Auditorium. The event is organized in appreciation and recognition of all the effort that have been poured in by the lecturers in educating the students. The results would be based on the votings done by all the students in IMU, from the survey forms that were handed out. Refreshments will be served at the end of the event.



4.AIR CONDITIONER IN STUDENT LOUNGE

Please switch off the air conditioner in the student lounge/gym/dance room/music room if you are the last ones there, otherwise the airconditioner leak!!
