2nd Pre- Matching, ECA form deadline

1. SECOND PRE MATCHING

HEYYYY GUYS!! After a pretty long hiatus I'm back!


Myself and Karim are conducting a 2nd pre matching!

So the instructions are the same as last time (check out the post here --> http://imu-m207.blogspot.com/2009/05/pre-matching.html)

Basically, Those with student ID's 001 - 131 : E-mail your choices to Karim (kabita_karim@hotmail.com )

ID number 132 onwards and resit students : E-mail Sowmya (sowmyak88@hotmail.com )

BE HONEST PLEASE!! This is especially imporant because deadline for us to submit out rankings are sooo close!!

We are extending the deadline of the pre-matching to tommorrow night (Wednesday, 8pm) so that the results can be published later that night.

Those who have applied for BMedSc, you can send in your ranking for the 3 unis (Queensland, Warwick and ANU) and those who have applied for Thomas Jefferson are excluded.

The response we got so far is pretty bad (only 48 in total!) so i hope as many of you guys can cooporate and send in your rankings. HELP US HELP YOU :D


2.ECA FORM

-Both PMS AND SEREMBAN students need to fill it up!!!

· PMS bound students to this email address, pmsmatching@imu.edu.my
· IMU bound students to this e mail address, cs@imu.edu.my

-Due on Friday, September 4th 2009

- Submit to Student Services!

-Submit a hard copy to the Student Affairs Office for signature!

Time allocated to see May Kuan of SSD are as follows:

Group 1 : 4.15 -5.15pm, Wednesday 2nd September
Group 2: 10.30am - 12.45pm, Thursday 3rd September

Check the M207 notice board for the name list for each group!
